Return Policy:

You can return any product purchased from ActionCams within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the order. We will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase once we receive the returned product. The cost of shipping will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you as soon as possible, free of charge.

Cancellation Policy:
