We have different models of action cams and they are recommended on following 3 levels: Novice, Amateur & Expert. If you using an action cam for first time then you fall in Novice category. If you already used an action cam before but not for long then you are in the Amateur category. If you are using action cams for a long time now and know all the aspects/functions then you are in the Expert category.

Please also check the description for each product and choose the cam based on which functions you would need.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

  • How to order online?
    Register yourself first with all your basic contact details. Choose the right product & Add the product(s) to CART. On checkout you can choose your suitable payment method. Orders once confirmed with Online Payment will be shipped within 24-48 working hours.
  • Payment modes
    You can choose to pay online for your products via Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / EMI* via PayUMoney gateway (check EMI eligibility)
  • Order Shipping time & Shipping policy
    All our orders are shipped with FEDEX, India Post or in rare cases Professional Couriers. Shipping details will be provided to customers by email once the items are shipped. Expected delivery time may vary from 3-7 days depending on regions & availability. Delays if any will be communicated to the customer to his/her provided contact info.

  • Battery
    The products use Li-ion type rechargeable batteries. Always charge the batteries with recommended provided charger & cables for best result. Avoid over-charging the battery. Do not charge with incompatible chargers as input voltage variation may damage the batteries & product altogether.
  • Camera mounts & Accessories
    We offer the best compatible mounts of a high quality that last long for rugged and adventurous uses. It recommended not to use after market accessories and mounts that may result in accidental damage of your Action Camera. Use the accessories as per instructions provided for best results & avoid damage.
  • Recommended Memory Cards
    Use Class 10 MicroSD cards for best footage results.
    We recommend to purchase the following
    – Samsung EVO + MicroSD HC 1
    – Strontium Nitro 466x MicroSD HC 1
    – Sony SR-16UY2 Class10 MicroSD HC 1
    We recommend to not swap Memory Cards among different portable gadgets to avoid incompatibility of viewing recorded media files & corrupting the data. Always backup the recorded data on a computer & reuse the card later only after formatting. All memory cards above 32GB need to be FAT32 formatted.
  • Connect with mobile via WiFi app
    You can download the official apps for products on your IOS or Android device from the store & marketplace respectively.
  • WiFi app compatibility
    Follow the instructions provided in the user manual to know how to connect the product to mobile phone via WiFi.
  • Connect with HD TV
    You can also stream media directly via the camera by connecting the required HDMI cable harness (products listed in accessories) & switch to the respective mode on your TV (NTSC/PAL)
  • Use Cam as a WebCam
    You can connect the action camera with your computer via provided USB data cable & select WebCamera option to use your quality wide angle camera as a WebCam. For info, refer user manual provided with the product.
  • Recommended editing softwares
    For editing video footage, you can use the Windows Movie Maker, Adobe Premiere Pro, Sony Vegas, AVS Video Editor, Filmora, etc. & share your creative productions on blogs, social media, YouTube, etc.
    (Note: Check applications for compatible editing format supports – RAW, MOV, MP4)
  • How do I take care of my action cams/gimbals?

Keep the product clean, free of dust always. Make sure you are storing the products properly in the original container or recommended carry case. Do not store the products under direct sunlight or moist environments. Always keep the batteries charged. Battery charging should be done as per recommended procedures in the respective product manuals.

  • Claims & Warranty

Damaged/faulty Mounts and accessories must be reported within 24 hours from the delivery date accompanied with clicked images of the defective product.
In case of Action Cameras, our brands come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty (2 years in case of Yi Lite). Any manufacturing defect arising in them (ActionCams) within the warranty period can be claimed within the given time period.

Misused/Opened or Incorrectly used products, products used with non-compatible/other make accessories will not be eligible for any warranty claims.

  • Repairs & Maintenance

Repairs after warranty period will be done on a chargeable basis. Please send your details to our service team to quote a tentative estimate of repairs.
