🚚 Shipping Policy

Service Coverage

  • We ship across India.
  • International shipping may be available upon request.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Remote locations: 5–9 business days

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1499
  • Shipping charges apply below ₹1499 (calculated at checkout)
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable GST

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS within 24 hours of dispatch.

Failed Delivery

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
  • Re-delivery attempts depend on courier partners.
  • Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available on select orders/products.
  • Orders may be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Opened consumables or hygiene-related items
  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)
  • Backordered/special order items (unless defective)

Return Process

  1. Email: sales@actioncams.in
  2. Share order ID and issue with photos/video proof
  3. Approval within 48 hours
  4. Ship product back or reverse pickup arranged (if applicable)

Refund Policy

  • Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • COD refunds processed via bank transfer or UPI
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless defective product)

Exchange Policy

  • Allowed only for defective or damaged products
  • Subject to product availability

🚫 RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

An order is marked as RTO if:

  • Customer is unreachable
  • Delivery is refused
  • Incorrect address provided
  • COD not accepted

RTO Charges

  • Two-way shipping charges will be deducted from refunds
  • COD orders may be restricted for future purchases

Re-shipping After RTO

  • Re-shipping will be done only after prepaid confirmation
  • Additional shipping charges must be paid

📦 Backorder Policy

Definition

A backorder means a product is temporarily out of stock but available for purchase.

Fulfillment Timeline

  • Dispatch within 5–15 business days or 2 weeks – 4 weeks.
  • Customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp

Important Notes

  • Orders may be delayed or partially shipped
  • Backorders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days
